浅谈BIM技术在房屋建筑工程质量安全管理中的应用

摘要
随着现代社会科学技术和信息技术的发展进步,房屋建筑技术获得了迅猛发展,尤其是随着人们生活水平的提高,对房屋建筑的要求也越来越高,这就使得房屋建筑工程质量安全管理的掌控也越来越严格。房屋建筑工程质量安全管理是房屋建筑施工中最为重要的部分。但就目前来说,我国房屋建筑施工中的安全问题并没有得到重视,而这些问题的解决则需要依赖BIM技术,所以文章主要针对BIM技术在房屋建筑工程质量安全管理中的应用进行分析研究。
With the development and progress of modern social science and information technology, housing construction technology has achieved rapid development. Especially with the improvement of the people's living standards, the requirements for housing construction are getting higher and higher. It is precisely because of the improvement of housing construction requirements that the control of housing construction quality and safety management becomes more and more strict. However, at present, although the quality and safety management of housing construction projects is the most important part in housing construction, the safety problems in housing construction have not been paid much attention in our country, and the solution of these problems depends on BIM technology. Therefore, this paper mainly analyzes and studies the application of BIM technology in the quality and safety management of housing construction projects.
