摘要
针对国内现有装置在生产中、高熔指聚乙烯产品时,脱气料仓中可燃性气体浓度明显增加,给脱气料仓的安全操作带来隐患,建立了脱气料仓脱气过程的数学模型,对脱气料仓进行安全性分析,发现现有装置的工艺条件不能满足最小通风量的要求。通过计算流体力学模拟分析脱气料仓中乙烯浓度的分布,发现爆炸极限区域随着熔指的增加而增加,充足的吹扫操作时间和吹扫气量是避免脱气料仓内乙烯浓度过高的关键。最后,分析了静电对脱气料仓的危害,指出需增加静电消除器,并对脱气料仓中的尖端结构做防静电改造,以消除点火源、保证脱气料仓安全生产。
        Aimed at obvious increasement of flammable gas concentration in the degassing warehouse in production of the polyethylene product with middle and high melt quality flow index in domestic existing units,hidden danger for the safe operation of the degassing warehouse was caused. Mathematical model for the degassing course of the degassing warehouse was built and the safety analysis was made,and it found that the existing process conditions couldn't meet the minimum ventilation requirement. Simulation analysis of the distribution of ethylene content in the degassing warehouse was executed by calculation of the fluid mechanics,and it found that the explosion limit zone increased with the melt quality flow index. The key of prevention of exorbitant ethylene content was to have enough purge time and gas volume. In the end,danger of the static to the degassing warehouse was analyzed. Addition of static eliminator was required,antistatic reform on tip structure of the degassing warehouse was required in order to elimination of ignition source to ensure safe production of the degassing warehouse.
