ControlNet网络在海洋石油平台火气系统中的应用

摘要
将海洋石油平台火气系统监控层设计为冗余ControlNet网络,在此基础上实现了主火气盘控制器、I/O模块和通信模块的冗余。同时,可寻址火气盘也通过冗余ControlNet网络与主火气盘间实现了冗余通信。应用结果表明:冗余ControlNet网络可以确保海洋石油平台火气系统的安全可靠,无论出现任何故障均不影响正常运行,完全满足SIL2安全等级要求。
        In this paper, the F&G(Fire and Gas) monitoring system in offshore oil platform was designed into a redundant ControlNet network. Based on ControlNet, the redundancy of the main F&G controller, the I/O module and the communication module was realized, including the redundant communication between the addressable F&G panel and the main F&G panel with the help of the redundant ControlNet network. Application results show that, this redundant ControlNet network can guarantee both safe and reliable operation of the offshore oil platform's F&G monitoring system and no matter what happens, no fault can influence its operation which conforms to SIL2(safety integrity level 2) requirement.
