摘要
采用微波消解技术对水稻果实、水稻果壳、水稻茎叶和水稻根等植物样品进行前处理,电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定样品中的锗。结果表明:国家一级标准物质中锗的测定值与标准值相一致,相对误差与相对标准偏差均小于等于10%;当样品中锗的含量在0.00××mg·kg~(-1)~0.××mg·kg~(-1),加标回收率为90.0%~103.8%。本方法适合各种植物样中不同含量锗的测定,测定结果准确可靠,可应用于日常大批量植物样品的分析测试。
        Plant samples of rice、rice husk、rice stems and leaves and rice roots were decomposed by microwave digestion. The contents of Ge in the sample solutions were determined by ICP-MS. As shown by the experimental results,the measured values about Ge of national standard reference materials were conformed well to the certified values,and the relative errors and the relative standard deviations were less than or equal to 10 %. When the contents of Ge in the samples were between 0.00×× mg·kg~(-1)~0.×× mg·kg~(-1),the recovery ratios were 90.0 %~103.8 %. This method was suitable for the determination of different content of Ge in various plant samples, and the determination results were accurate and reliable.
