浅析中小企业财务管理存在的问题及对策

摘要
结合财务管理相关理论,从企业投资管理、筹资管理和流动资金管理的特点三个方面对中小企业的财务管理现状进行分析。针对中小企业资金管理中存在信贷融资困难、缺乏高素质的会计人才、管理机制不健全和约束力薄弱的问题,提出了相应的对策。政府要加大支持力度,加强内部管理机制,建立并完善企业财务管理和会计制度,以及提高财务人员素质,从而实现中小企业经济的可持续发展。
The study analyzes the current situation of financial management of SMEs in terms of the characteristics of investment, financing and liquidity management by means of related financial management theory. It is found that the problems are difficult credit financing,lack of high quality accounting personnel, imperfect management mechanism and weak binding. Therefore, the government puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. The government should increase the intensity of support, strengthen the internal management mechanism, establish and perfect the financial management and accounting system and improve the quality of financial personnel, so as to realize the sustainable development of economy of SMEs.
