林蛙皮、卵活性成分提取方法及药理作用的研究进展

摘要
林蛙皮、卵中含有多种对人体有益的活性成分,对其深入研究有利于林蛙资源的综合利用.本文对林蛙皮、卵的主要活性成分提取方法及药理作用进行综述,为其在药品、保健品、化妆品等大健康领域的开发利用提供参考.
        There are plenty of beneficial elements for human being in the skin and egg of Rana chensinensis,which deserved to be further studied in terms of development and utilization of genus Rana chensinensis.In this paper,the active ingredient extraction methods and pharmacological effects of skin and egg from Rana chensinensis( SERC) were reviewed,which may provide some evidences for the research and development of SERC in the fields of drug,functional food,and cosmetics.
