季冻区水泥路面预防性养护时机的选择

摘要
养护时机的选择对于路面预防性养护至关重要,为了确定最佳的水泥路面预防性养护时机,以美国的MEPDG平整度模型和牛开民-田波平整度模型为理论基础,将历史管养数据和调查数据作为基础,构建出了季冻区平整度预测模型,进而可以比较准确地预测不同路龄时的路面平整度,最终以中国水泥混凝土路面的标准建议值为参考来确定季冻区水泥路面的最佳养护时机。结果表明:基于MEPDG和牛开民-田波模型构建出的季冻区水泥路面平整度预测模型其预测值与实测值具有较好的线性关系,拟合度高达0.88;错台量和断板率得到的最佳预防性养护时机相差较大,其中,基于断板率得到的最佳养护时机是较为合理的,基于错台量来确定最佳养护时机可行性较低;综合基于平整度和基于损坏得到的最佳预防性养护时机,确定的季冻区水泥路面高速、一级公路最佳养护时机为通车后5 a,二级公路最佳养护时机为通车后7 a。
        It is important to choose a proper time for preventive maintenance,in order to determine the best timing for preventive maintenance of concrete pavements,based on the MEPDG model and Niu Kai-min,Tian Bo model,using historical data for data support,a model for the seasonal frozen region was established,which can predict the road surface roughness of different road age,finally,took the standard recommended value of cement concrete pavement in our country as a reference to determine the best curing time of concrete pavement. The results show that the value of prediction model predictive and the measured value has a good linear relationship,the fitting degree reach up to 0. 88; the timing of the best preventive maintenance based on the fault amount and breaking rate is quite different,the optimal maintenance timing based on the shut-off rate is more reasonable. It is less feasible to determine the optimal timing of maintenance based on the wrong amount of station. Combine the best preventive maintenance timing based on flatness and damage-based,the best time for highway and arterial road maintenance is5 a after it is open to traffic,the best road maintenance time for secondary road is 7 a after the opening.
