摘要
针对装配式T梁桥横隔板在工程实际中设置参数不统一的问题,通过实地调研收集资料,依托某已建工程,建立29组数值模型,通过对比分析多种工况条件下结构的内力和挠度变化趋势,得出30 m装配式T梁桥结构优先采用实腹式横隔板加强梁的横向刚度,中横隔板厚度取值在12~20 cm之间,中横隔板高度取值在1. 36~1. 56 m之间,主梁和横隔板受力最佳这一结论。通过本文的研究为进一步规范装配式T梁桥横隔板的设置奠定基础,推进T梁结构应用的标准化和规范化。
For prefabricated T girder bridge transverse diaphragm set pattern is not unified problem in engineering practice,through the field survey to collect information,based on an existing project,29 set of numerical model is established,through the analysis of internal force and deflection of the structure of multiple operating conditions change trend, it is concluded that priority of 30 m prefabricated T bridge structures using solid abdominal transverse diaphragm strengthen the transverse stiffness of the beam,the diaphragm plate thickness values between 12 to 20 cm,in the horizontal baffle height values between 1. 36 m to 1. 56 m,girder and diaphragm plate stress best this conclusion. Through the study of this paper,it lays a foundation for further standardizing the setting of the transverse bulkhead of the assembly type T beam bridge, and promotes the standardization and standardization of the application of T beam structure.
