腹腔镜膀胱肿物切除术治疗膀胱平滑肌瘤一例报告

<正>膀胱平滑肌瘤(Bladder Leiomyoma BL)是一种罕见的良性膀胱肿瘤,占所有膀胱肿瘤的<0.5%。目前世界范围内只报道有250例[1]。影像学检查、膀胱镜检查及病理活检是其主要检查手段,外科手术是主要治疗方法且预后良好。本院于2018年9月收治1例,现回顾性分析此患者病理资料、复习文献,探讨膀胱平滑肌瘤的诊断与治疗方法。
