摘要
近年来,我国葡萄酒产业发展迅速,暴露出了一些矛盾与问题,国产葡萄酒只有合格与不合格划分,消费者难以辨别质量好坏。针对此问题,国家葡萄酒及白酒、露酒产品质量监督检验中心对国际葡萄酒质量等级划分进行了研究,从国产葡萄酒实施质量分级的可行性、必要性及具体步骤进行了分析,可以为在全国范围内推行葡萄酒感官质量分级提供参考。
        In recent years,China's wine industry has developed rapidly,exposing some contradictions and problems.Domestic wines can only be divided into qualified and unqualified wines,which makes it difficult for consumers to distinguish the quality between good and bad.In view of this problem,this paper studies the classification of international wine quality grades,analyzes the feasibility,necessity and specific steps of implementing quality classification for domestic wines,which can provide reference for the implementation of sensory quality grading for wines throughout the country.
