农业科研单位科技支撑乡村振兴战略的实践与思考——以安徽省农业科学院为例

文章以安徽省农业科学院为例,阐述了省级农科院支撑引领乡村振兴,实现质量发展、绿色发展、融合发展和创新发展,以及加强科技体制机制创新,构建契合全省现代农业产业发展需求的新时代科技创新体系,组建一批"一懂两爱"的科技创新和技术服务队伍,研究并转化一批满足全省农业供给侧结构性改革需要的重大科技成果,强力支撑乡村振兴战略实施,以期为省级农业科研院所实施乡村振兴战略提供参考。
Taking Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a case, it was expounded in the paper that the provincial academy of agricultural sciences supporting and leading rural revitalization, implementing quality development, green development, integration and innovation. The system and mechanism innovation of science and technology should be strengthened to build a new era of science and technology innovation system which fit the need of provincial modern agricultural industry development. A group of "one understand two love" scientific and technological innovation and technical services team should be constructed. Major scientific and technological achievements which meet the needs of the provincial agricultural structural reform of supply side should be gotten and transformed. So rural revitalization strategy implementation was supported. This will provide reference for provincial agricultural research institutes to implementing rural revitalization strategy.
