心理安慰联合艾灸在老年癌因性疲劳患者护理中的效果研究

摘要
目的探讨心理安慰联合艾灸在老年癌因性疲劳患者护理中的效果。方法选取泰州市人民医院2016年1月至2017年1月肿瘤科恶性肿瘤住院患者68例,利用随机数字表法,分为治疗组和对照组各34例。对照组采取常规院内护理,治疗组在该基础上配合心理安慰及艾灸治疗,疗程2个月。对比两组患者的癌因性疲劳指数、1天内的疼痛次数和患者满意度。结果两组患者护理后的癌因性疲劳指数、1天内疼痛次数、患者满意度比较,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论心理安慰联合艾灸治疗在老年恶性肿瘤癌因性疲劳患者护理中效果显著,值得进一步临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological comfort combined with moxibustion on the nursing of senile patients with cancer-related fatigue. Methods Sixty-eight hospitalized patients with malignant tumor in the Oncology Department of Taizhou People' s Hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into treatment group( n = 34) and control group( n = 34) by the method of random number table. The patients in control group were treated with regular care who compared to the patients in treatment group receiving the treatment of psychological comfort combined with moxibustion which lasted 2 months. The indexes of fatigue and satisfaction as well as the numbers of pain per day were compared between the two groups. Results The patients in treatment group had the better therapeutic efficacy and higher satisfaction rate than the ones in control group.( P<0. 05).Conclusions The combined therapy of psychological comfort and moxibustion is effective in the nursing of elderly patients with cancer-related fatigue,which is worthy of further expanding the clinical application and providing clinical basis for the relief of cancer-related fatigue.
