摘要

大学生的心理压力越来越大,心理健康教育工作也显得尤为重要。构建大学生心理健康实践教育体系,发挥心理实践活动的"心育"功能,通过改变学生认知,调节学生情绪,培养学生意志,调整学生行为,提高学生心理品质,进一步发挥心理健康实践体系的育人功能,充分体现心理健康教育"一切为了学生、为了学生一切、为了一切学生"的服务理念。
        The psychological pressure of college students is increasing, and the work of mental health education is especially important. We should construct the practical education system of college students' mental health, give play to the function of "psychological education" of psychological practice activities, change students' cognition, regulate students' emotions, cultivate students' will, adjust students' behavior and improve students' psychological quality, so as to further exert the educational function of the mental health practice system, and fully reflect the service concept of mental health education: "all for the students, for all the students".
