全日制社会工作专业硕士培养模式研究——基于重庆市高校的实证调查

摘要
通过对重庆市109名全日制社会工作专业硕士进行实证调查,从微观上获取社会工作专业硕士对高校既有培养模式的认知与评价。研究发现,受到培养模式传统理念的桎梏、双导师制衔接环节的断裂、理论课程体系设置的倚重、专业实践教育体系的缺失等影响,在很大程度上制约着社会工作硕士专业学位的发展。为此,本文从理论和实务角度探讨全日制社会工作专业硕士培养模式的路径依赖,以期为深化专业学位研究生教育综合改革提供借鉴。
        An empirical survey was conducted on 109 full-time masters of social work in Chongqing which is to obtain cognition and evaluation of the training mode from full-time master of social work on a micro level.The study found that the development of master of social work was largely restricted by the shackles of the traditional concept of the establishment on theoretical system,as well as the lack of professional practice education system. From the perspective of theory and practice,this paper explores the path dependence of the training mode of full-time master of social work to provide reference for the deepening of education comprehensive reform of professional degree graduate students.
