高职学生工匠精神的价值内化理路及其培育路径

摘要
高等职业学校是培养大国工匠的主力军,承担着培育新时代守正创新意识以及敬业奉献精神匠人的重要职责。在新时代的工匠精神培育实践中高职院校应从学生内在心性处入手,通过教育引导学生追寻精神生命的意义与价值,发挥职业幸福感、获得感、理想主义情怀以及惠众乐民的使命情怀、专业审美感、职业荣誉感及自豪感等内在心性在工匠精神培育中的价值内化作用。同时应着力通过课程教育、实践养成磨练以及文化环境熏陶等外化路径,培育出秉持敬业、诚信、创新价值德性的匠人。
Higher vocational colleges are a main force in cultivating great artisans, and they bear the important responsibility of cultivating a new era of integrity and innovation, as well as dedicated craftsmen. In the practice of craftsmanship cultivation in the new era, higher vocational college should start from the inner heart of students, guide students to pursue the meaning and value of spiritual life through education, and bring into play the internalization of the sense of professional happiness, gain, idealism and the mission of benefiting the people, professional aesthetic sense, honor and pride through the cultivation of craftsmanship. At the same time, efforts should be made to cultivate artisans who are dedicated, honest, and innovative in value through externalization paths such as curriculum education, practice cultivation, and cultural environment.
