“三元”递进实践教育体系构建的研究

摘要
学生的技术技能教育与实践教育体系的建立休戚相关,企业参与实践教育体系的构建具有重要的现实意义,但目前中国式的"双元制"模式却因为企业的积极性没有得到充分调动而无法走向深入。高校、第三方、企业"三元"递进实践教育体系的构建,则可以使利益相关的三方各司其职,实现企业生产资源向实践教育资源的转化。社会化、法制化、专业化、智能化协同机制的建立,有助于共建共治共享治理理念的实现。
The education of skills is closely related to the establishment of practical education system.Enterprises' participation in the construction of practical education system has important practical significance.However, the current Chinese-style "dual system" model can not go deep because the enthusiasm of enterprises has not been fully mobilized. The construction of the ternary progressive practical education system in colleges,universities, third parties and enterprises enable the three parties concerned to perform their respective duties and realize the transformation of production resources into practical education resources. The establishment of socialization, legalization, specialization and intellectualization coordination mechanism is conducive to the realization of the concept of co-governance and sharing.
