“互联网+Co-op”应用型金融人才培养模式创新研究

摘要
通过借鉴国外Co-op教育的成功经验,依托"互联网+"快速发展的大背景,提出适合我国应用的"互联网+Co-op"应用型金融人才培养新模式,包括人才培养方案设计、辅导和沟通体系设计以及评价和监督体系设计,进一步从内部保障和外部协同两方面提出"互联网+Co-op"应用型金融人才培养的组织保障建议。研究结果对于创新金融学人才培养模式,突出实践教学的特色与优势,培养同时具有创新性才能和丰富实践经验的应用型金融学人才具有重要价值。
        With the fast development of internet application in China, the current study system of Cooperative education worldwide is analyzed and an innovative "Internet+Co-op" education system is put forward to help universities to cultivate modern students with practical experience, including the design of talent training plan, guidance and communication system, and assessment and supervision system. Further, some suggestions for a multi-organization involved support system are developed, including the inside support of the universities and outside coordination of other parties with interests in the Co-op education. The results may help universities form an innovative mode of education, emphasize specific education merits and take advantages of practice education, and cultivating finance talents with both creative skills and rich practical experiences.
