新时代关于加快发展乡镇成人学校的思考

摘要
乡镇成人学校是我国在特定时期发展农村成人教育的重要载体,为农村地区成人技术培训和扫盲教育做出了巨大贡献。分析了乡镇成人学校取得的历史成就以及进入新世纪以来面临着资金、师资和管理等方面的问题,以新时代为背景剖析了当下乡镇成人学校应发挥的功能作用,并为乡镇成人学校在服务新时代发展和完善终身教育体系建设等方面提出了可能实现的路径。
Township adult schools are the important carriers of developing rural adult education in a specific period of time in China. They have made great contributions to adult technical training and literacy education in rural areas. This paper analyzes the historical achievements of Township adult schools and the problems faced by them in terms of funds, teachers and management since entering the new century. It also analyzes the function of township adult schools and puts forward some possible paths for them to serve the development of the new era and improve the construction of lifelong education system.
