摘要
使用AVL HYDSIM对某型高压共轨系统喷油泵性能进行仿真计算,首先搭建高压共轨喷油泵的一维模型,然后与实验结果进行对比,验证模型的精度。在验证后的模型上,通过改变柱塞腔顶隙高度,得到其对容积效率的影响。结果表明,顶隙高度从5 mm减小到3 mm,顶隙容积占比从20%下降到10.36%,系统容积效率从76.1%增加到80.9%。同时考虑到柱塞上行位置安全问题,顶隙容积占比需要保持在10%以上,选取顶隙高度3.5 mm比较合适。
        The simulation of a high-pressure common rail injection pump is carried out by AVL HYDSIM. First, the simulation model is established, and then the simulation result is compared to the experimental data to check the precision of model. Volume efficiency represents the performance of the pump. The influence of the top clearance of plunger is obtained based on checked model. The top clearance of plunger is decreased from 5 mm to 3 mm, resulting in the ratio of top clearance volume decreases from 20% to 10.36%, and the result shows that volume efficiency is increased from 76.1% to 80.9%. The ratio of top clearance volume should be kept above 10% considering the safety during the plunger moves up. And 3.5 mm is acceptable.
