摘要
提出了力平衡型多输出径向柱塞泵,克服了受力不平衡的技术难题,通过切换工作方式实现两种或多种流量的输出.对泵的导轨曲线进行了设计与优化分析,导轨曲线在设计中借鉴双定子叶片泵曲线的构成形式采用两个圆弧曲线与过渡曲线搭配的形式,其中过渡曲线为修正后的阿基米德螺旋线,保证了泵的平稳性与径向受力平衡,对泵不同工作方式下的流量进行了计算,对瞬时流量进行了研究,结果表明:各种工作方式下的流量脉动都较为平稳,内外泵单独工作的瞬时流量最大值与最小值相差不超过0.3m L/s.搭建了力平衡型多输出径向柱塞泵试验台,试验结果表明:随着调定压力的升高,泵在不同工作方式下的容积效率下降都较为明显,最低达到80%,须进一步提高零件的加工精度并完善泵的密封配合.
        A force-balanced multi-output radial piston pump was proposed to overcome the technical problem of unbalanced force,and two or more flow outputs could be realized by switching working modes.The design and optimization analysis of the guide rail curve of the pump was carried out.The guide curve was designed in the form of the curve of the double stator vane pump curve.The two arc curves were combined with the transition curve.The transition curve was the modified Archimedes.The spiral line ensured the balance between the pump's stability and the radial force.The flow rate of the pump under different working modes was calculated.The instantaneous flow rate was studied.The results show that the flow pulsation is stable under various working modes.The instantaneous flow rate between the internal and external pumps working independently does not exceed 0.3 mL/s.The force balance multi-output radial piston pump test bench was built.The test results show that the volumetric efficiency of the pump under different working modes decreases with the increase of the set pressure,and the minimum reaches 80%.It is necessary to further improve the machining accuracy of the parts and the sealing fit of the pump.
