摘要
目的:研究不同龄白及块茎中重金属、微量元素、药效成分分布特征及无机元素与药效成分的关系。方法:以不同龄白及块茎为研究对象,分析不同龄白及块茎中重金属、微量元素、药效成分含量,讨论其分布特征,探讨无机元素与药效成分的关系。结果:As、Cr、Pb在4年龄块茎中最高,Cu在1年龄中最大,Cd为3年龄>2年龄>1年龄>4年龄,重金属总量为4年龄>1年龄>3年龄>2年龄;Fe、Mn、Ni在4年龄中最高,Zn以1年龄最高,Se以3年龄最高;白及多糖以2年龄最高,4年龄总酚含量最高;Se与Pb呈显著负相关,Cu与As、Pb与As、Ni与As、Ni与Cr呈显著正相关;Cr与As、Zn与As、Zn与Cu、Pb与Cr、Se与Mn呈极显著正相关,总酚与Fe呈显著正相关;Cu和Pb含量均符合标准,As和Cd均超过标准值;4年龄和1年龄重金属总量大于20 mg/kg。结论:本研究可为白及的人工栽培提供基础依据。
        Objective:To study the distribution characteristics of heavy metals,trace elements and effective components and the relationship between inorganic elements and effective components of Bletilla striata tubers in different ages.Methods:The tubers of different age of Bletilla striata were studied as the research object,the contents of heavy metals,trace elements and effective components were analyzed,and the distribution characteristics were discussed,the relationship between inorganic elements and effective components was explored.Results:As,Cr and Pb were the highest in the 4 age tubers,Cu was the highest in the 1 age tubers,the Cd content was 3 age>2 age>1 age>4 age,the total amount of heavy metals was 4 age>1 age>3 age>2 age.Fe,Mn and Ni were the highest in the 4 age tubers,Zn was the highest in 1 age tubers,Se was the highest in 3 age tubers.The content of polysaccharides from Bletilla striata was the highest in the 2 age tubers,and the content of total phenol in 4 age tubers was the highest.The relationship between Se and Pb was significant negative correlation,the relationship between Cu and As,Pb and As,Ni and As,Ni and Cr was significant positive correlation,the relationship between Cr and As,Zn and As,Zn and Cu,Pb and Cr,Se and Mn was extremely significant positive correlation,the relationship between total phenol and Fe was extremely significant positive correlation.The contents of Cu and Pb were all conforming to standard,As and Cd exceeded the standard,the total amount of heavy metals in 4 and 1 age tubers was more than 20 mg/kg.Conclusion:The study provides a basis for artificial cultivation of Bletilla striata.
