摘要
目的探讨经皮肾镜EMS~+第四代碎石清石系统治疗肾结石的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月肾结石患者56例,结石直径3.0~7.0 cm,均于经皮肾镜瑞士EMS~+第四代碎石清石系统治疗。回顾性分析其临床资料,记录手术指标,计算结石清除率。结果 56例肾结石患者平均手术时间80 min,术中估计失血量平均45 ml。5例需行二期经皮肾镜清石术,其中3例给予体外冲击波碎石,一期结石清除率为91.1%(51/56)。术后未见一例漏尿及电解质紊乱,平均住院时间6 d。结论经皮肾镜EMS~+第四代碎石清石系统治疗肾结石效果良好,患者住院时间短,并发症少,安全性较高。
        Objective To investigate the effect of renal calculi treated by percutaneous nephrolithotomy EMS~+ rubble stone clearance system. Methods A total of 56 patients with kidney stones from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected, and the diameter of stone was 3.0~7.0 cm, all of the patients were treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the fourth generation of EMS~+, Switzerland. The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively, the surgical indexes of 56 patients with kidney stones were recorded, and the clearance rate of stones was calculated. Results The mean operative time 80 min, estimated blood volume averaged 45 ml. Five patients required two PCNL technique stone clearance, including 3 patients required ESWL. The stone clearance rate was 91.1%.There was no postoperative leakage of urine or electrolyte imbalance,and the mean postoperative hospital stay was 6 days. Conclusions Percutaneous nephrolithotomy EMS~+ fourth generation of gravel stone cleaning system is effective on kidney stones,with short hospitalization time, less complications, and the security is high.
