医务社工介入对新入职医护工作者职业认同感的影响

摘要
目的分析新入职医护工作者职业认同感水平,探讨"服务学习"理论指导下,医务社工对新入职医护工作者职业认同的影响。方法采用自行编制的《医护工作者职业认同量表》对医院110名新入职的医护工作者进行调查研究及前后测分析。结果新入职医护工作者的职业认同水平在性别、年龄、受教育程度、高考志愿选择几方面的差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05);在医务社工为期半年介入后,新入职医护工作者的职业认同水平较之干预前,在职业动力、职业期望值及职业获益感三个维度显著提高(P<0.005),而在职业自我概念维度并无显著变化(P>0.005)。结论以"服务学习"理论为指导的医务社工干预,对新入职医护工作者职业认同水平有积极的影响,应在医护工作者入职时及时给予介入。
Objective To investigate whether the medical social work intervention influence the new medical staff's professional identification. Methods We analyzed the demographic variables that influenced 110 new medical staff's professional identification and conducted one-group, pre-post test design using self-designed Medical Providers Professional Identification Scale. Results There were statistically significant differences in gender, age, education and college application choice. The scores in career motivation, career expectations and career sense of benefit were increased after half a year intervention except in the vocational self-concept. Conclusion This study demonstrated that the intervention of medical social workers guided by Service-Learning theory has positive influence on medical staff's professional identification.
