摘要
攀枝花铁矿岩石破碎站初步设计布置在采场下盘,在破碎站移设时极其困难,每一站的移设均需要考虑到下一站的位置以及对另一破碎站的影响,同时还需考虑采场空间及联络道布设的问题,岩石破碎站的移设位置一旦选择不好,势必大幅提升岩石运输成本,不利于企业的发展。结合采场开采现状和初步设计,利用矿业地测采软件,从采场部位推进关系、压制空间状况等方面进行解算;从边坡对破碎站安全运行的影响及破碎站运行的经济合理性等方面进行了论证,提出了适合攀枝花铁矿岩石破碎站第二站移设的较优方案。该方案较初步设计下移了一个台阶,减少了采场压矿,为采场空间推进创造了条件;有效地缩短了岩石运输距离,降低岩石运输成本,同时还为岩石破碎站移设工程施工设计提供了技术支撑。
        The rock crushing station of Panzhihua iron mine locates at footwall of the stope,and it is extremely difficult to relocate it. Each of relocation needs to take into account the position of the next stop and the impacts on the other crushing station. It also needs to consider the stope space and the road layout. If the location of the rock crushing station is arranged not well,it will be bound to greatly increase the cost of rock transportation,which is not conducive to the development of the company. Combined with the mining status and preliminary design of the stope,the software with functions of geology,survey and mining was adopted to make solution from aspects of the advancing relationship of stope and the suppressing space situation.Demonstration on the impact of slope on safety of the crushing station and the economic rationality of the crushing station operation was made to propose an optimal solution for the secondary location of the rock crushing station in Panzhihua Iron Mine.Compared with the preliminary design,one-step downward relocation in this plan will reduce the possession of ore in the stope,and create conditions for stope space advancing. This plan effectively shortened the rock transportation distance and reduced transportation costs. Meanwhile,it also provides technical support for the relocation engineering design of the rock crushing station.
