从古琴参透“阴阳二十五人”经脉左右择取的刺约

摘要
两千多年来,人们理解了《灵枢》的诊断理论、取穴规则和针刺操作方法,而对关系到治疗效果、治疗不良反应、决定经脉左右择取的靶向原则——刺约未能参透,不乏错缪。文章通过分析《灵枢》中对"阴阳二十五人"的描述并对古琴音色的辨别对比,把人的血气按古琴音位分作5个形态及25种类型,根据其所处的位置,推论出治疗的针刺靶向——左右择取刺约。
Since more than 2 000 years, it have been understood that the diagnostic theory, rules of acupoint selection and operation methods of acupuncture acupoints in Lingshu. However, the target principle of Ciyue, which is related to the therapeutic effect, adverse reactions and the choice of left or right for meridians, has not been thoroughly understood, and there are many mistakes. By analyzing the description of ‘yin and yang twenty-five people' in Lingshu and making a comparison and discrimination of the timbres of the Guqin, this paper distinguished the health persons into five forms and twenty-five types according to the Guqin phoneme, on the basis of its position, to deduce the target of acupuncture for treatment of Ciyue, the choice of left or right for meridians.
