糖皮质激素联合环孢素A治疗血小板减少性紫癜的应用效果评价

摘要
目的研究糖皮质激素联合环孢素A治疗血小板减少性紫癜的应用效果。方法方便选取在2014年1月—2018年3月时间内来该院进行治疗的患有血小板减少性紫癜的104例患者,随后将患者分为激素治疗组与联合环孢素A治疗组。其中对激素治疗组患者采取糖皮质激素药物治疗,而对联合环孢素A治疗组患者联合使用联合环孢素A药物治疗,随后观察两组患者的治疗效果、激素用量以及不良反应发生情况。结果联合环孢素A治疗组与激素治疗组患者的治疗效果、激素用量以及不良反应发生情况数据差异显著,前者96.2%,(0.1±0.1)mg/(kg·d),(0.3±0.2)mg/(kg·d),3.8%)显著优于后者(82.7%),(0.2±0.1)mg/(kg·d),(0.7±0.4)mg/(kg·d),15.4%,数据对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.9814,t=2.303 1,1.361 2,P<0.05)。结论糖皮质激素联合环孢素A治疗血小板减少性紫癜的效果显著,值得进一步推广。
Objective To study the effect of glucocorticoid combined with cyclosporine A in the treatment of thrombocytopenic purpura. Methods 104 patients with thrombocytopenic purpura who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2018 were convenient enrolled. The patients were divided into a hormone therapy group and a combined cyclosporine A treatment group. Among them, patients in the hormone treatment group were treated with glucocorticoids, and patients in the combined cyclosporine A treatment group were treated with cyclosporine A. The therapeutic effects, hormone dosage and adverse reactions were observed. Results There were significant differences in the therapeutic effects, hormonal doses, and adverse events between the cyclosporine A-treated group and the hormone-treated group, the former(96.2%),(0.1±0.1)mg/(kg·d),(0.3±0.2)mg/(kg·d), 3.8% was significantly better than the latter(82.7%),(0.2±0.1)mg/(kg·d),(0.7±0.4)mg/(kg·d), 15.4%, and the data were statistically significant(χ~2=4.981 4, t =2.303 1, 1.361 2, t =3.022 1, P <0.05).Conclusion The effect of glucocorticoid combined with cyclosporine A in the treatment of thrombocytopenic purpura is significant and worthy of further promotion.
