加速康复外科理念在58例肠套叠患儿围术期的应用价值研究

摘要
目的研究加速康复外科(ERAS)理念在肠套叠患儿围术期的应用价值。方法将58例拟行手术治疗的肠套叠患儿根据围术期处理方案分为观察组(n=31,采用ERAS理念进行围术期处理)和对照组(n=27,传统围术期处理方案),比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组术中出血量、术后首次进食时间、排气时间和平均住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后并发症发生率分别为13.79%和37.93%(P<0.05);两组患儿家属术后满意度分别为93.10%和72.41%(P<0.05)。结论采用ERAS理念对肠套叠患儿进行围术期处理,可有效提高手术效果,减少手术并发症,促进患儿康复。
Objective To investigate the application value of ERAS on 58 cases with infant intussusception during perioperative period.Methods 58 cases with infant intussusception underwent operative treatment were randomly divided into the observation group(ERAS treatment)and the control group(traditional perioperative management),compare the treatment effect of the two groups.Results Peroperative bleeding,first time to take food,evacuation time,average hospital stay of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05);complication incidence rate of the two groups were 13.79% and 37.93% respectively(P<0.05);satisfaction degree of patients after operation were 93.10% and 72.41% respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ERAS on patients with infant intussusception can effectively improve operation result,reduce operative complications,and promote the recovery of children.
