集束化护理策略对高血压脑出血躁动患者护理不良事件发生率的影响

摘要
目的探讨集束化护理策略对高血压脑出血躁动患者护理不良事件发生率的影响。方法将2016年12月—2017年12月收治的270例高血压脑出血伴躁动的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组(n=142)患者实施神经外科常规护理,观察组(n=128)患者实施以风险预防为主导的集束化护理策略。对2组患者住院期间护理不良事件发生情况,以及住院时间和费用、对护理工作的满意度进行比较。结果观察组护理不良事件的发生率为4.7%,明显低于对照组的19.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组患者住院时间和费用明显减少,家属满意度提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施以护理风险防范为主的集束化护理干预策略,可有效减少高血压脑出血躁动患者护理不良事件的发生,同时可以缩短患者的住院时间,减少住院费用,提高家属对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing on the incidence of nursing adverse events in restlessness patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 270 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage accompanied by restlessness were divided into the control group and the observation group from December 2016 to December 2017. Patients in the control group(n=142)received routine neurosurgical care. The observation group(n=128)implemented the care bundle strategydominated byrisk prevention. At discharge,the incidence ofnursingadverse events,length of stay,cost of stay and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results During hospitalization,the incidence of nursing adverse events was 4.7% in the observation group,significantly lower than 19.7% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). At the same time,compared with the control group,the length of stay and hospitalization expenses in the observation group were significantly reduced,and patient satisfaction was significantly increased,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The care bundle intervention strategy,which mainly focuses on nursing risk prevention,can effectively reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events in restlessness patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,shorten the length of hospitalization and reduce the cost ofhospitalization,so as to improve family members' satisfaction with the nursing work.
