摘要
采用岐化法制备糠酸,讨论了反应温度、糠醛与氢氧化钠的物料比、氢氧化钠的质量分数及滴加速率、搅拌速率、萃取剂、水洗等因素对产品颜色或产率的影响,得到了适宜的工艺条件,产率为76.3%。
This paper discusses the synthesis of 2-Furoic acid by disproportioning reactions. The factors influencing the color and yield of 2-Furoic acid were discussed by reaction time, the molar ratio of 2-furnaldehyde to sodium hydroxide, mass fraction and drop acceleration of the sodium hydroxide, stirring speed, extraction agent and washing products. The yield of 2-Furoic acid is 76.3% in proper reaction conditions.
