摘要

礼貌是一个社会,一个群体得以顺利、和谐发展的必要条件,因而一个礼貌和谐的教学环境也是课堂顺利进行的重要保障。但是之前的研究都主要关注的是教学中教师的礼貌用语,而未考虑到学生的礼貌言行。因此本文从礼貌原则的角度探讨了实际教学活动中教师与学生的礼貌言语和行为对教学的重要影响,以及教师与学生之间角色的转变,从而尽可能减少教学中的矛盾与冲突,提高教学效率与质量。
        Politeness is a necessary condition for the smooth and harmonious development of a society and a group, so a polite and harmonious teaching environment is also a key guarantee of teaching. The previous study mainly focused on teachers' polite words and behavior without considering students'. This paper discusses the influences of polite words and deeds of teachers and students in practical teaching from politeness principle,and the changing of roles between teachers and students, so as to minimize the contradictions and conflicts to improve teaching efficiency and quality.
