BIM技术在现代建筑工程项目管理中的应用研究

摘要
BIM技术是目前比较先进的一种建筑行业内部的技术手段,在管理操作中彰显巨大的现实意义。针对现代项目应用三维技术和集成交付管理这项技术发挥了积极作用,同时可有效提升管理水平,一定程度地推动了建筑行业的健康发展。所以研究该项技术可更为合理的安排项目施工,并达到最佳的管理目标。因此,简单分析了BIM技术应用,希望能更好地满足现代化建筑项目管理需求。
BIM technology is a relatively advanced technology in the construction industry,which shows great practical signi?cance in the management operation. In view of the modern project application three-dimensional technology and integrated delivery management technology has played a positive role,and can effectively improve the management level,to a certain extent,promote the healthy development of the construction industry. Therefore,the study of this technology can more reasonably arrange the project construction and achieve the best management objectives. Therefore,this paper brie?y analyzes the application of BIM technology,hoping to better meet the needs of modern construction project management.
