摘要
采用第二相相关元素在基体中的过饱和度,即偏离平衡固溶度的程度计算相变自由能,根据计算出的驱动力进一步计算第二相析出的临界形核功和临界形核尺寸。分析了含铌取向硅钢中不同铌含量(0. 090%和0. 044%)对奥氏体中Nb(C,N)析出驱动力、临界形核功和临界形核尺寸的影响。计算结果表明:含铌取向硅钢中Nb(C,N)的析出驱动力随温度的降低而单调增大,且随铌含量增加而增大,临界形核功和临界形核尺寸均随温度的提高而变大,随铌含量增加而减小,但幅度不大。
        Phase transformation free energy and driving force were calculated based on supersaturation of the elements associated with secondary phase in the matrix or the degree of deviation from the equilibrium solubility,and the critical nucleation energy and critical nucleus size of Nb( C,N) were calculated according to the precipitation driving force. Then the effect of niobium content( 0. 090% and 0. 044%) to the precipitation driving force,the critical nucleation energy and critical nucleus size of Nb( C,N) in austenite for Nb-bearing oriented silicon steels was analyzed. The results show that the precipitation driving force of Nb( C,N) phase increases monotonically with temperature decreasing,and increases with the niobium content increasing. The critical nucleation energy and critical nucleus size of Nb( C,N)increases with temperature increasing. When increasing the niobium content,the critical nucleation energy and critical nucleus size decrease,but the magnitude is slight.
