个性化护理干预对中重度寻常痤疮的影响

摘要
目的探析个性化护理干预对中重度寻常痤疮的影响。方法选取2017年4月—2018年6月我院皮肤科接诊的88例中重度寻常痤疮患者,采用隐匿数字随机将其分为研究组(n=44)和对照组(n=44)。研究组就诊时采用个性化护理干预,对照组采用常规护理,比较治疗效果、安全性及患者生活质量。结果干预后,研究组总有效率高于对照组,不良事件发生率低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论个性化护理干预用于中重度寻常痤疮临床治疗中可提高治疗效果,规避不良事件,改善生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of personalized nursing intervention on moderate to severe acne vulgaris. Methods 88 patients with moderate to severe acne vulgaris were selected from our dermatology department from April 2017 to June 2018, they were randomly divided into study group(n =44) and control group(n =44) using hidden numbers. The study group used personalized nursing interventions at the time of the visit, the control group was routine care, treatment outcomes, safety, and patient quality of life were compared. Results After the intervention, the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group, quality of life score was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion Personalized nursing intervention for the treatment of moderate to severe acne vulgaris can improve the treatment effect, avoiding adverse events, improve the quality of life.
