模拟系统性红斑狼疮起病的急性髓系白血病1例临床分析

摘要
白血病往往起病隐匿、复杂,且进展较快,早期诊断非常重要。本文报告1例以狼疮样皮疹和发热为首发症状的急性髓系白血病患者的临床表现及诊断过程。
Leukemia often occurs in a concealed, complex way and progresses rapidly. Early diagnosis is very important. Lupus-like rash and fever are the first symptoms of the patient. This article describes its clinical manifestations and process of diagnosis.
