摘要

在新课标指导下,选修课的开设以必修课和选择性必修为基础,以学生的兴趣和未来就业为导向,对学生的自主学习能力和知识基础都有一定的要求,这必然导致全新的课程管理。为了能真正实现"选择性",学校应大胆尝试,引入"走班制""导师制"、翻转课堂等上课模式,同时积极应对这一过程中带来的问题与挑战。
        Under the guidance of the new curriculum standard,the elective course is based on compulsory courses and selective compulsory courses. It is guided by students' interests and future employment. It has certain requirements for students' independent learning ability and knowledge base, which will inevitably lead to new course management. In order to truly achieve "selectivity", schools should boldly try to introduce the "walking system", "mentor system", flipped classroom and other modes of teaching, while actively responding to the problems and challenges brought about by this process.
