高陡构造地区页岩气水平井钻井认识——以贵州赤水地区林滩场林页1HF为例

摘要
贵州赤水林滩场构造林页1HF井是中国石化西南油气分公司在林滩场构造部署的首口页岩气水平井,以钻探龙马溪组页岩气为目的,完钻井深5 055 m。该井钻进中面临地层倾角大、易井斜、表层溶洞性漏失、须家河组地层可钻性差、斜井段页岩层稳定性差、水平段长、轨迹控制难度大等问题。针对上述情况,综合应用了清水强钻、防斜打直、连续取心、地质导向LWD和强封堵油基钻井液等钻井关键技术,实钻表明,直导眼井底水平位移59.03m、平均取心收获率95.14%、轨迹平滑、水平段长1 524.19 m、轨迹在目标层段中穿行、套管一次性下到位等指标均达设计要求,为后续完井压裂等提供了合格井筒条件。该井应用的清水强钻、地质导向LWD和强封堵油基钻井液等钻井关键技术效果明显,认为该井形成的页岩气水平井钻井技术可为林滩场构造或其他区域钻页岩气水平井提供参考。
        Located in Lintanchang structure, Chishui, Guizhou Province, Linye1HF well is the first shale-gas horizontal well deployed in this structure by Sinopec Southwest Oil & Gas Company. Its total drilling depth is 5055 m with Longmaxi Formation as the target.Its drilling encountered some technical difficulties, such as large dip angle, easy deviation, shallow cavern leakage, poor drillability of Xujiahe Formation, poor stability of shale layer in inclined shaft, long horizontal interval, and difficult trajectory control. So, a series of key drilling technologies were adopted, including clean water strong drilling, deviation control, continuous coring, geosteering LWD, and strong-plugging oil-based drilling fluid. Results show that the horizontal displacement of straight hole at bottomhole is 59.03 m, and the core recovery is 95.14% on average, the trajectory is smooth, the length of horizontal interval is 1524.19 m, and the trajectory is controlled in the target, and the casing is placed at the predetermined position in one trip. Furthermore, all design indexes are satisfied to provide qualified wellbore conditions for subsequent completion and fracturing. And their application to Linye1HF well obtained an obvious result, and these key technologies can be used as the reference for shale-gas horizontal-well drilling in Lintanchang structure or other areas.
