摘要
生鲜农产品是我国除粮食以外的主要营养来源,但是由于其时令性强、易变质等特点,零售商经常遭受利润损失。文章主要从消费者的需求角度考虑,通过对生鲜产品的新鲜度和价格来概述对零售终端的库存策略的研究,寻找合适的库存、定价策略,以使生鲜品腐败成本最小化和零售商利润最大化。
        Fresh agricultural products are the main source of nutrition in China except grain. However, retailers often suffer loss of profits due to their seasonal and perishable characteristics. Considering the demand of consumers, this paper summarizes the inventory strategy of retail terminal through the freshness and price of fresh products, and finds the appropriate inventory and pricing strategy to minimize the corruption cost of fresh products and maximize the profit of retailers.
