人工髋关节置换研究进展

摘要
人工髋关节置换术应用于临床有近百年历史,近40年得到了飞速发展,不论从其材料及其制造加工工艺上,还是关节生物力学及其设计方面都在不断进步当中。目前,临床上髋关节的摩擦界面主要有金属-聚乙烯、金属-金属及陶瓷-陶瓷以及陶瓷-高交联聚乙烯等,陶瓷材料的使用明显降低了假体界面的磨损。假体的固定方式仍然主要是骨水泥固定及生物固定两种方式,目前临床上主要采用生物固定方式,对于骨质疏松以及存在骨质缺失的患者等仍需使用骨水泥固定。随着新的摩擦负重界面、更好的固定方式以及手术技术的提高,髋关节表面置换术又重新大量应用于临床。虽然人工关节置换术成功率越来越高,但是其术后并发症仍然是临床上迫需解决的难题。
