乙型病毒性肝炎患者的家庭感染及防护意识调查

摘要
目的调查乙型病毒性肝炎患者的家庭感染状况及对乙型肝炎病毒的防护意识,为制定有针对性的干预措施提供现实依据。方法选取2006年1月-2010年1月的30例乙型病毒性肝炎患者及其家庭为研究对象,针对家庭感染及防护意识进行了调查研究。结果 30户家庭已明确有乙型肝炎家族病史的患者有15例,占50.00%,属于非家庭内感染的患者有8例,占26.67%;63.33%的家庭对乙型肝炎的传播途径有了解,56.67%的家庭能主动为家人注射乙型肝炎疫苗,53.33%的家庭了解并采取了相关的隔离措施和手段。结论家庭内感染是乙型病毒性肝炎患者感染的主要途径,多数人群对于乙型肝炎相关知识的认知水平有待提高,医护人员应加强对于乙型病毒性肝炎患者及其家庭成员的相关预防知识的健康教育。
OBJECTIVE To further investigate the infection situation in the families with hepatitis B patients and the protection awareness of hepatitis B virus so as to provide a realistic basis for developing the targeted interventions.METHODS A total of 30 cases of patients with hepatitis B and their families were enrolled in the study from Jan 2006 to Jan 2010.The infection status in the families and the protection awareness were investigated and studied.RESULTS In the depth household survey of 30 families,15 cases were with hepatitis B family history,the proportion was as high as 50.00%.There were eight cases of patients with non-family infection,and the proportion reached 26.67%.There were 63.33% of the families with the understanding of the transmission of hepatitis B,56.67% could proactively inject the hepatitis B vaccine for their family members,and 53.33% could understand and adopt the relevant isolation measures.CONCLUSION The infection within the family is the main transmission of the hepatitis B infection,and the cognition of most population about the hepatitis B needs to be improved.It is necessary for the nursing staff to strengthen the heal education of prevention knowledge for the patients with hepatitis B and their family members.
