浅谈圆运动古中医学对暑病的认识

摘要
[目的]从圆运动古中医学的角度浅谈暑病的病位、病因、病机之源,总结暑病的圆运动辨证论治体系,以便应用于临床。[方法]在简要论述历代中医对暑病认识的基础上,从圆运动古中医学的角度对暑病进行较为详细的探讨,阐述其病因病机,归纳总结其治则治法、用药特色。[结果]历代医家大都认为,暑邪致病乃邪气由外而内侵犯人体,治疗上多采用清暑利湿、解表和中、清暑益气、辛温解表、祛暑散寒等治法,而圆运动古中医学则认为,暑病病位在肺胃,病因为在天暑气不降,引动自身相火不降,熏人肺金,乃本气自病,非外来邪气侵袭人身,因此治疗之时应该重视中气,敛降暑气,用药以平淡轻灵为主。[结论]圆运动古中医学对暑病的认识,从本气出发,辨证准确,扩展了中医学对暑病的认识,有助于更好地理解辨治暑病的精髓,掌握治疗暑病的思路,具有较好的临床实践意义,其学术思想及临证经验值得学习研究。
[Objective]To discuss the position, etiology and pathogenesis of summer-heat disease from the perspective of ancient Chinese medicine of circular movement, and summarize the system of syndrome differentiation and treatment of summer-heat disease, so as to apply it to clinical practice.[Methods]From the point of view of ancient Chinese medicine of circular movement, this paper discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,summarizes the treatment principle and the characteristics of drug use. [Results]The ancient Chinese medicine of circular movement believed that the position of summer time disease was in the lung and stomach, the cause was that the heat did not fall in the days of heat, the fire caused by oneself was not decreased, the lung was smoked, which was caused by one's natural Qi, but not by exogenous evil, which attacked the person.Therefore, we should pay attention to the treatment of Qi, astringent and reduce heat Qi, the main drug is light and insipid. [Conclusion]The understanding of summer-heat disease in the ancient Chinese medicine of circular movement, starting from the essence of Qi and accurate differentiation of syndrome, is helpful for us to understand the quintessence of differentiation and treatment of summer-heat disease and to master the thinking of treating it, which has better clinical practical significance, and its method is worthy of study.
