摘要
为了评定海洋环境下,滑动、滚动和滑滚复合运动等不同配副模式的材料表面的摩擦磨损性能,设计并搭建了一台海洋环境摩擦磨损试验机。试验机包括机械结构和测控系统两部分:机械结构主要包括主轴及驱动系统、闭环控制弹簧式施力系统和摩擦副与加热升温系统;测控系统主要包括传感器模块、单片机数据采集控制系统和计算机等单元。试验表明,试验机可实现滑动、滚动和滑滚结合的配副方式以及载荷、温度、转速、环境等条件的耦合,并可实时测量和存储载荷、温度、摩擦力等数据,且通过表格或图形的形式显示;试验机的离散度<5%,重现性好,其测控系统也稳定精确。
        In order to evaluate the friction and wear properties of materials with different matching modes such as sliding,rolling and rolling composite motion under marine environment,the friction and wear properties of the material under marine environmental conditions were analyzed by constructing a marine environment friction and wear tester.The tester was divided into two parts,which were mechanical structure and measurement and control system.The mechanical structure mainly included the spindle and the drive system,the closed-loop control spring-type force application system,the friction pair and the heating system.The measurement and control system mainly included a sensor module,a single-chip data collection control system,and computer unit and so on.Tests showed that the tester can realize the combination of sliding,rolling and sliding combined with the load,temperature,speed,environment and other conditions,and can measure and store data such as load,temperature and friction in real time,also it was displayed in the form of a table or a graph,and it had a dispersion of<5%,good reproducibility,and its measurement and control system was also stable and accurate.
