摘要
目的:比较电针内关穴前后心包经线上浅表微循环血流灌注量(MBPU)的差异,探讨电针对其影响。方法:应用激光散斑血流成像系统,观察18名健康志愿者电针前和电针时心包经线上曲泽穴及其旁开非经非穴对照点、心包线上两个非穴位点浅表MBPU。结果:常态下志愿者心包经线上曲泽穴浅表MBPU高于其旁开非经非穴对照点(P<0.01);电针内关穴时,心包经线上曲泽穴和两个非穴位点MBPU均下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),曲泽穴旁开非经非穴对照点MBPU仍低于曲泽穴(P<0.01)。结论:电针对心包经线浅表MBPU有调节作用,且有一定穴位特异性。
        Objective: To investigate the difference in the superficial microcirculation blood perfusion units(MBPU) on pericardium meridian before and after electro-acupuncture(EA) on Neiguan(PC6), and to explore how EA act in the MBPU. Methods: Eighteen volunteers were included into this study. Full-Field laser perfusion imager system was used to detect the superficial MBPU on Quze(PC3), its bilateral control points and other two points of pericardium meridian. Results: Before EA, the MBPU of Quze(PC3) was significantly higher than that of its bilateral control points(P<0.01). After EA on Neiguan(PC6), the MBPU along the pericardium meridian decreased significantly(P<0.05, P<0.01). And the MBPU of Quze(PC3) was still higher than that of its bilateral control points(P<0.01). Conclusion: EA has a regulatory effect on the superficial MBPU of pericardium meridian, and it has certain acupoint specificity.
