摘要
液压系统在冶金行业、船舶飞机行业、工程机械行业均有较为广泛的应用,但是在实际的应用过程中,液压传动伴随着连续的能量损耗,使得传动系统的效率降低、散热量大,这对液压技术的市场竞争力和使用环境有特定的限制,同时能源的损耗必然伴随着资源的浪费以及环境污染,这不符合节能环保的可持续发展战略,因此对液压系统的节能设计研究无论对液压技术的发展和应用空间,还是对节约型社会的建设都有重要的研究价值。
Hydraulic system has a wide range of applications in the metallurgical industry, ship aircraft industry and engineering machinery industry, but in the actual application process, the hydraulic transmission is accompanied by continuous energy loss, which makes the efficiency of the transmission system lower and the heat dissipation large. This has certain limitations on the market competitiveness and use environment of hydraulic technology, and the loss of energy is inevitably accompanied by waste of resources and environmental pollution. This is not in line with the sustainable development strategy of energy conservation and environmental protection, so the research on energy saving design of hydraulic systems has important research value for the development and application of hydraulic technology and the construction of a conservation-oriented society.
