焦点解决思维模式在心理护理领域的应用价值

摘要
焦点解决模式是一种以建构解决之道为核心、充分尊重个体资源与优势的短期心理干预模式,焦点解决思维模式是焦点解决模式的理论基础,是以注重目标导向、个体资源为特征的问题解决思维模式。本文对焦点解决思维模式的起源、内涵、测量工具、相关研究及干预方法等进行综述,以期为焦点解决思维模式在护理领域的应用提供借鉴。
Solution focused approach is a short-term psychological intervention model with the construction of solution as the core and full respect for individual resources and advantages. Solution-focused mindset is the theoretical basis of the solution focused approach,which is a problem-solving thinking mode characterized by focusing on goaloriented and individual resources. The paper reviews the origin,connotation,measurement tools,related research and intervention methods of solution-focused mindset,in order to provide reference for the application of solution-focused mindset in nursing field.
