伏立康唑与康艾注射液联合应用于肺部真菌感染肺癌治疗的临床效果观察

摘要
目的观察伏立康唑与康艾注射液联合应用于肺部真菌感染肺癌治疗的临床效果。方法将2017年1月~2018年7月在该院接受治疗的110例肺癌合并肺部真菌感染患者随机分为实验组(n=55)和对照组(n=55)。对照组予伏立康唑片口服治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上加用康艾注射液静脉滴注治疗。对比两组患者治疗14 d后的临床疗效、机体功能状态及临床症状改善情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(47.27%vs 27.27%χ~2=2.486,P=0.013);KPS评分高于对照组[(82.41±9.31)分vs(73.40±8.22)分,(t=5.380,P<0.001)];体温和白细胞恢复时间、住院时间均少于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(t体温恢复时间=16.013,P<0.001;t白细胞恢复时间=10.890,P<0.001;t住院时间=9.934,P<0.001)。结论伏立康唑与康艾注射液联合给药有利于提高肺癌合并肺部真菌感染患者的临床治疗效果,改善患者的机体功能状态,缩短治疗时间。
        Objective To observe the clinical effect of voriconazole combined with Kangai injection in the treatment of lung fungal infection with lung cancer. Methods 110 patients with lung cancer complicated with pulmonary fungal infection who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with voriconazole tablets orally, and the experimental group was treated with Kangai injection intravenously on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, functional status and clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared after 14 days of treatment. Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group 47.27% vs 27.27%(Z=2.486, P=0.013), the KPS score of the experimental group was higher than those of the control group [(82.41±9.31)points vs(73.40±8.22)points,(t=5.380, P<0.001)], the body temperature,white blood cell recovery time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t body temperature recovery time =16.013, P <0.001; t white blood cell recovery time =10.890, P <0.001; t hospitalization time =9.934, P <0.001). Conclusion The combination of voriconazole and Kangai injection is beneficial to improve the clinical treatment effect of patients with lung cancer complicated with pulmonary fungal infection, improve the functional status of patients and shorten the time of treatment.
