摘要
为了很好地对高精度移送技术进行研究与运用,从叠片机移送机构的功能与特性出发,详细分析其设计过程,包括移送机构总体结构、结构设计、直线电机的选型、气缸的选型。在进行设计时,运用直线电机进行高精度水平驱动,使得所设计的叠片机移送机构结构紧凑、设计合理、完全满足高精度、高速度、高效率、低废品率的设计要求。
In order to study and apply the high precision transfer technology, the design process of the transfer mechanism of the lamination machine is analyzed in detail, including the general structure of the transfer mechanism,the structure design, the selection of the linear motor and the type selection of the cylinder. In that design, the linear motor is used for high-precision horizontal drive, so that the design lamination machine transfer mechanism is compact in structure and reasonable in design, and the design requirement of high-precision, high-speed, high-efficiency and low-rejection rate is fully met.
