600MW锅炉掺烧低灰熔点煤燃烧器改造方案研究

摘要
对影响锅炉结渣及NO_x排放的因素进行了分析,针对某660MW锅炉提出了提高低灰熔点煤掺烧比例和降低NO_x排放浓度的燃烧器优化方案。燃烧器优化方案分为燃烧器小改、大改两种,并对两个方案进行了技术和经济比较,推荐燃烧器小改方案。燃烧器优化改造后,低灰熔点煤的掺烧比例将提高至70%左右,锅炉NO_x排放浓度小于200mg/m~3,提高了煤种适应性,降低了电厂运行成本。
        The influencing factors of boiler slagging and NO_x emission were analyzed. A 660 MW boiler burners were optimized to increase the blending ratio of coal with low ash-melting point and decrease the NO_x emission. The burner optimization schemes were divided into two types: the small and large burner retrofit scheme. It was also compared technological and economical feasibility among the two schemes, the small burner retrofit scheme was recommended solution. After the optimization of the burner, the blending ratio of coal with low ash-melting point would increase to about 70%, concentration of boiler NO_x emission was less than 200 mg/m~3, enhancing the coal applicability and reducing the power plant operating costs.
