摘要
通过分段法对采用低氮燃烧器的锅炉低负荷下炉膛出口烟温进行了计算。通过计算分析,明确了低氮燃烧器低负荷炉膛出口烟温低的原因。最后通过实炉试验,验证了计算结果,并提出了相应的解决方案。
        The furnace-outlet flue gas temperature of the boiler with Low-NO_x Combustion is calculated by means of segmentation method under the low load. Through the calculation and analysis, the reason of low-load furnace-outlet flue gas temperature insufficiency problem of the boiler with Low-NO_x Combustion is clarified. Finally, the calculation results were verified by the real boiler experiment, and proposed a solution.
