全寿命周期工程造价信息数据共享研究

摘要
项目成本管理对在建项目的影响主要表现在建设成本及建设单位效益收支方面,也会影响工程建设速度与质量。因此,要加强对项目的成本管理,同时加强对每个细节的成本把控,争取以较小的投资获得较大的利益,达到开源节流的目的。论文对项目建设过程中各阶段的工程造价进行了详细分析,并探究了全寿命周期工程造价信息数据共享。
The influence of engineering cost management on the construction project is mainly reflected in the construction cost and the income and expenditure of the unit of construction, as well as the speed and quality of the project construction. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the cost management of the project, strengthen the cost control of every detail at the same time, and strive to obtain greater benefits with smaller investment, so as to achieve the purpose of increasing revenue and reducing expenditure. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the engineering cost at each stage in the process of project construction and explores the data sharing of project cost information in the whole life cycle.
