摘要
从桂北主栽果蔗区采集表现褪绿斑点或花叶及无症状的未脱毒拔地拉、青皮果蔗、紫皮果蔗、罗汉果蔗、广东黄皮、同安果蔗及脱毒拔地拉等7个品种蔗叶样品88份,用SCBV检测引物对采集的样品进行PCR检测分析。检测结果显示:有2份为SCBV阳性,检出率2.3%,均为未脱毒果蔗拔地拉,其中1份叶片无明显的症状;脱毒拔地拉、青皮果蔗、紫皮果蔗、罗汉果蔗、广东黄皮、同安果蔗检测均为阴性。表明桂北果蔗区存在SCBV侵染。
        In order to detection and analysis the samples by PCR with SCBV detection primers,a total of 88 fruit cane leaf samples including 7 fruit cane varieties(undetoxified Badilla,green peel sugarcane,virus-free Badilla,purple peel sugarcane,Luohan sugarcane,Guangdong yellow peel species,Tongan fruit sugar)with chlorosis spots and mottle,and without symptoms were collected from main fruit cane areas in northern Guangxi.The results showed that,among 88 tested samples,SCBV was found in 2 samples,which indicated the positive rate were up to 2.3%.That 2 samples were undetoxified Badilla,and one of them showed no obvious symptoms,while the other 6 varieties(virus-free Badilla,green peel sugarcane,purple peel sugarcane,Luohan sugarcane,Guangdong yellow peel species,Tongan fruit sugar)were all found to be SCBV negative.The results indicated that there was SCBV infection in the fruit cane area of Northern Guangxi.
